If you choose "Assorted" you will get equal quantity from each tea (for example if you buy 20 assorted tea, we will send 2-3 from each tea types)

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us and shipping company immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
